Bad Skull Game is a Play-to-Earn game where players spin the wheel to receive rewards (NFTs). Users can also participate in staking and upgrading coins to increase their winnings.

The Bad Skull Game Application is intended for use by individuals who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17 years of age. 7. Advertising

In our Application, we display advertisements to support its development and provide it for free. This advertising may be targeted, i.e., based on your interests. We use device ID and application usage data (frequency of wheel spins, bet sizes) for targeting advertisements. If a user frequently makes in-game purchases, they are shown advertisements for other games with similar purchase mechanics or NFT-related advertisements.

ATTENTION: It is necessary to implement an in-game function to opt out of targeted advertising. Without it, targeted advertising cannot be shown! You can limit ad tracking in your device settings, but this will not cancel targeted advertising within the application unless the corresponding function is added.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We conduct quarterly security audits by internal staff, check server security, database protection, and compliance with legal requirements, and use ISO 27001 and SOC 2 security standards. However, please keep in mind that no method of data transmission over the Internet or method of data storage is absolutely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. We strongly recommend that you take your own precautions to protect your cryptocurrency wallets and NFTs.

We will retain your information for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Data is stored for 7 years after account deletion.
